What Posture Pal knows about you

This is the short version. The full privacy policy is the one that applies.

No account

You don't sign up or sign in. Posture Pal never asks for your name or email address.

Your reminder schedule, quiet hours, theme, check-ins, streaks, and routines are saved on your device. We don't receive them.

Firebase Cloud Firestore sends the app fresh seasonal reminder text. Nothing about you goes back.
Firebase Cloud Messaging may create an app instance identifier so notifications can be delivered. We don't use it to profile you.
Google AdMob shows a banner ad on Android and may use your advertising ID. The iOS app has no ads and no tracking.

There's no analytics SDK and nothing to buy in the app.

Delete your progress in Settings → Reset progress.
Turn notifications off in your phone's system settings.
On Android, change ad consent in Settings → Ad privacy choices when it's offered in your region.
Uninstall the app to remove everything it saved.
